The first incarnation of the Backpacker Tours platform was built by digital marketing expert and Internet innovator, Matthew Bennell.

Matthew Bennell – also the founder of Enigma Concepts – was an early-adopter of web technologies. Based in Queensland’s Sunshine Coast,Backpacker Tours was nurtured into a market leading platform for backpackers in Australia.
